 通風(feng)柜(ju)控(kong)制器(qi)是通風(feng)柜(ju)上(shang)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)微(wei)電腦控(kong)制器(qi)。利用(yong)(yong)(yong)微(wei)機(ji)執(zhi)行(xing)繁雜(za)的(de)(de)邏(luo)輯(ji)計算與控(kong)制,來管理通風(feng)柜(ju)上(shang)的(de)(de)各(ge)種機(ji)電設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)情況(kuang)。與利用(yong)(yong)(yong)傳感器(qi)器(qi)取出通風(feng)柜(ju)各(ge)項物理參數以供(gong)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)者(zhe)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。利用(yong)(yong)(yong)微(wei)機(ji)可(ke)以極大提高各(ge)種設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)可(ke)靠性與簡化系統(tong)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)繁雜(za)性。本設(she)(she)(she)計采用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)是PID控(kong)制,使(shi)排(pai)(pai)風(feng)風(feng)速能(neng)(neng)穩(wen)定(ding)在用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶設(she)(she)(she)定(ding)的(de)(de)面(mian)(mian)風(feng)速。由于采用(yong)(yong)(yong)了液晶顯示器(qi),操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)簡單,直觀。多種工作(zuo)(zuo)模(mo)式(待機(ji)、強制排(pai)(pai)風(feng)、有人(ren)/無(wu)人(ren)排(pai)(pai)風(feng))使(shi)本裝置更(geng)節能(neng)(neng)實(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。采用(yong)(yong)(yong)了先(xian)進的(de)(de)風(feng)速標定(ding)方法,能(neng)(neng)更(geng)地檢測實(shi)(shi)際風(feng)速,從而實(shi)(shi)現實(shi)(shi)時、準確的(de)(de)排(pai)(pai)風(feng)控(kong)制。 

  1工作原(yuan)理 
  實驗室產生的有毒有害氣體必須及時排除,在衡量實驗室通風柜的標準是要滿足:有害氣體不能溢出也不能再柜內產生紊流。所以,面風速即通風柜窗口的平均風速,是衡量通風柜性能的主要技術參數。 
  國家(jia)對通風柜面風速(su)規定標準為(wei):0.4~0.6 m/s。排風量(單位:m3/h)計算公式為(wei):L=3 600×SVβ(1)式中:S為(wei)操作口開啟面積(單位:m2);V為(wei)面風速(su)(單位:m/s);β為(wei)安全(quan)系數(1.05~1.1)。 
  從式(1)可以看(kan)出,對于沒有調節系統(tong)的通風(feng)(feng)柜,當操作(zuo)門全開時,如果滿足0.3~0.5 m/s的面(mian)風(feng)(feng)速,當操作(zuo)門開啟一半或全關閉時,面(mian)風(feng)(feng)速將超(chao)過設計值(zhi),大大影響(xiang)排(pai)風(feng)(feng)及實(shi)驗效果。 
  因(yin)此,如何有(you)效地控(kong)制面風(feng)(feng)速(su)是對通風(feng)(feng)柜(ju)排(pai)風(feng)(feng)的有(you)效保障。本設計采(cai)用(yong)了柜(ju)門行(xing)程(cheng)及風(feng)(feng)速(su)控(kong)制法,能使柜(ju)門處于不(bu)同高度(du)是通風(feng)(feng)柜(ju)面風(feng)(feng)速(su)保持(chi)在(zai)設定值。 
  通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)柜的(de)實際通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)量(liang)可(ke)(ke)用(yong)下式表示:Q=SV=SWH (2)式中:S為操作口開(kai)(kai)啟面(mian)積(單(dan)位(wei):m2);V為面(mian)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)速(su)(su)(單(dan)位(wei):m/s);W為通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)柜的(de)開(kai)(kai)口寬度(du)(單(dan)位(wei):m);H為通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)柜開(kai)(kai)窗高度(du)(單(dan)位(wei):m)。采用(yong)柜門(men)上的(de)傳(chuan)感器(qi)將柜門(men)的(de)行程(cheng)信號變送到控(kong)(kong)制器(qi),控(kong)(kong)制器(qi)根據(ju)設定(ding)的(de)面(mian)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)速(su)(su)和式(2)計算(suan)出設定(ding)的(de)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)量(liang)信號,進而可(ke)(ke)以得出在當前(qian)柜門(men)高度(du)下,要得到設定(ding)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)速(su)(su)所需(xu)的(de)閥(fa)門(men)開(kai)(kai)度(du)。再(zai)根據(ju)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)速(su)(su)傳(chuan)感器(qi)測出的(de)實時(shi)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)量(liang)并轉換成相(xiang)應的(de)閥(fa)門(men)開(kai)(kai)度(du)的(de)電信號。在ARM內通(tong)(tong)過PID控(kong)(kong)制得出一個輸(shu)出電壓,控(kong)(kong)制閥(fa)門(men)開(kai)(kai)度(du),從而實現(xian)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)速(su)(su)控(kong)(kong)制。 
  2系統結構 
  通(tong)風(feng)柜控制(zhi)器電(dian)路的主要功能(neng)是完成(cheng)響應外界環(huan)境的輸(shu)(shu)入(ru), 如(ru)有人(ren)無人(ren)狀態輸(shu)(shu)人(ren)、窗開度、反饋(kui)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)量、人(ren)工設定(ding)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)量等(deng)。通(tong)過判斷(duan)和計算, 輸(shu)(shu)出一定(ding)的電(dian)壓控制(zhi)文丘里閥門, 形成(cheng)一個閉環(huan)控制(zhi)。控制(zhi)器將(jiang)當前排風(feng)柜的排風(feng)量通(tong)過RS 485總線傳輸(shu)(shu)到補風(feng)控制(zhi)器,與上位(wei)機之(zhi)間通(tong)過ModBus協議通(tong)信,也采用RS 485總線形式,選用RSM 485低功耗(hao)芯片做電(dian)平轉換。在(zai)實施監控和參數設置(zhi)時,可以批(pi)量進行,大大簡化了操(cao)作量。上位(wei)機軟件可用LabVIEW或(huo)者VB開發。 
  硬件(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路包括人機交互電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,如鍵(jian)盤(pan),液晶(jing),蜂鳴器;A/D采樣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,如有人無人A/D電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,窗開度A/D電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,反饋(kui)輸入A/D電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路;D/A電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路;風速檢測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路及串(chuan)口通訊(xun)部(bu)分。系統結(jie)構如圖1所示(shi)。

  A/D,D/A電路主要實現電壓(ya)(ya)轉換匹配及(ji)模擬(ni)(ni)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)濾波(bo)等功能。模擬(ni)(ni)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)分別為窗高度(du)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)Hx:通過拉(la)線變(bian)(bian)阻(zu)器或(huo)者(zhe)超聲波(bo)測距實時采集控制柜窗口高度(du),輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)字0~10 V范圍內線性變(bian)(bian)化(hua),用(yong)于獲(huo)得期望風量;閥(fa)門反饋輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)f:閥(fa)門開(kai)度(du)反饋,反應當前(qian)實時風量。0~10 V線性變(bian)(bian)化(hua);有(you)人(ren)/無人(ren)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)Z:通過人(ren)體傳感器檢測通風柜前(qian)扇形區域(yu)內是否有(you)人(ren),并將有(you)人(ren)/無人(ren)狀態轉換為+12 V/0 V電壓(ya)(ya)值。輸(shu)出(chu)模擬(ni)(ni)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)為閥(fa)門驅動信(xin)(xin)號(hao),線性變(bian)(bian)化(hua)的電壓(ya)(ya)控制閥(fa)門的開(kai)度(du)。 
  2.2人(ren)機界面 
  包(bao)括鍵(jian)盤、LED指示(shi)燈和(he)液晶顯示(shi)器,實現信息的(de)輸(shu)入,數(shu)據顯示(shi)和(he)報警作(zuo)用。該(gai)電(dian)路(lu)由PCA9555單元單獨完成。PCA9555是24引腳的(de)CMOS設備,它提供了I2CBus/SMBus 應用中的(de)16位通用并行輸(shu)入/輸(shu)出口GPIO的(de)擴(kuo)展。且通訊頻率始終能達到400 kHz。按鍵(jian)采用低電(dian)平(ping)中斷觸發(fa)方式。 
  電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路實現(xian)同一端口AC/DC 24V輸(shu)入(ru),輸(shu)出(chu)直流(liu)(liu)±12 V,+5 V和(he)+3.3 V。輸(shu)人端采(cai)用半橋整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路, 實現(xian)同一端口同時(shi)輸(shu)人交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)或直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan), 適(shi)應不同環境需要(yao)。整流(liu)(liu)以(yi)后, 通過TL2575HV12IKV單元電(dian)(dian)(dian)路, 將電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓穩定到+12 V。后繼采(cai)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓轉化(hua)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路產(chan)生+5 V和(he)+3.3 V電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。 
  2.3ModBus 
  ModBus串(chuan)行鏈(lian)路協(xie)議(yi)是主(zhu)-從協(xie)議(yi),RTU模(mo)(mo)式(shi)在相同波特率下比ASCII模(mo)(mo)式(shi)有更(geng)高的(de)數據吞吐量,故采用RTU模(mo)(mo)式(shi)。RTU模(mo)(mo)式(shi)是通過判斷時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隔來區分(fen)字(zi)(zi)(zi)符和報文(wen)幀(zhen)(zhen)的(de),時(shi)(shi)長(chang)至(zhi)少(shao)為3.5個(ge)字(zi)(zi)(zi)符時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)空(kong)閑間(jian)(jian)(jian)隔將報文(wen)幀(zhen)(zhen)區分(fen)開。同時(shi)(shi),整(zheng)個(ge)報文(wen)必須以連續的(de)字(zi)(zi)(zi)符流發送,幀(zhen)(zhen)內2個(ge)字(zi)(zi)(zi)符之間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隔小于1.5個(ge)字(zi)(zi)(zi)符時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)。RTU報文(wen)幀(zhen)(zhen)如(ru)下所示:

  ModBus協議(yi)規定(ding)了(le)20多種功能(neng)碼(ma),本設(she)計只用到其(qi)中幾(ji)種操作。上位(wei)機(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)發(fa)送(song)(song)讀保(bao)持寄(ji)存器(功能(neng)碼(ma)03),寫(xie)(xie)單個寄(ji)存器(功能(neng)碼(ma)06)和寫(xie)(xie)多個寄(ji)存器(功能(neng)碼(ma)16)3種命令完成對ARM的讀寫(xie)(xie)功能(neng)。下位(wei)機(ji)(ji)程序負責對上位(wei)機(ji)(ji)命令進行響應并將數(shu)據發(fa)送(song)(song)回主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)。 
  3系統(tong)運行及(ji)實現 
  系統主要實現信息(xi)量的采集、通信、參數(shu)設(she)置和信息(xi)顯(xian)示。根(gen)據國家通風柜(ju)對面風速0.4~0.6 m/s的標準,控(kong)(kong)制器根(gen)據通風柜(ju)窗開度(du)Hx,閥門(men)反饋Fb和設(she)定風速Vf計算出閥門(men)控(kong)(kong)制電壓Vout(fx)用(yong)以控(kong)(kong)制風速保(bao)持(chi)在這一范(fan)圍內。并且將實際風量L和風速V顯(xian)示在液晶面板上(shang)。計算公式(shi)如下式(shi):Vout(fx)=kHxWVfn-ba(3)

  L=aFb-b(5)式中(zhong):k=0.06~0.42;n=0.6~1.4,為(wei)漏風調整;Hmax,Hmin為(wei)窗開度(du)的(de)zui高和zui低位(wei)置,Zmax,Zmin為(wei)其對應(ying)的(de)電壓信號;Hx為(wei)窗開度(du)的(de)實際值;a,b為(wei)閥門(men)開度(du)與風量關(guan)系(xi)參數,根(gen)據現場標定(ding);Fb為(wei)閥門(men)反饋電壓。
